Before you begin

Please read the information below before starting your Expression of Interest (EOI)

Welcome to the City of Launceston Innovation Partnership Grant online Expression of Interest form, powered by SmartyGrants.

The Destination Partnership Grant supports events that attract visitors to Launceston and deliver strong tourism, economic, and profile-building outcomes for the city. The program is designed to support strategically aligned events with the capacity to increase visitation, strengthen Launceston’s destination profile, and contribute to the city’s cultural, tourism, and economic development outcomes.

You can start your EOI at any time and complete it in stages, just remember to save as you go.

Navigating the form

Use the Form Navigation panel to move between sections at any time.

You can also use the ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons at the top or bottom of each page to move through the form step by step.

 

Saving your EOI

To save your progress, click ‘Save and Close’ before exiting.

When you return, go to ‘My Submissions’ to reopen your draft and continue where you left off.

You can download a copy of your EOI (draft or submitted) as a PDF at any time using the ‘Download PDF’ button on the final page.

 

Submitting your EOI

Before submitting, go to ‘Review and Submit’ to check your Expression of Interest.

You won’t be able to submit until:

  • All required questions are completed, and

  • There are no validation errors

Once submitted:

  • You cannot edit your EOI or upload additional documents

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission

If you don’t receive this email, your EOI has likely not been submitted. Please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.

 

Attachments and supporting documents

Some questions may require you to upload supporting documents.

  • Files must be saved on your device before uploading

  • Maximum file size is 25MB (we recommend under 5MB for faster uploads)

  • Allow time for each file to upload before adding another

 

Working as a team

Multiple people can contribute to an EOI using the same login.

To avoid issues, ensure:

  • Only one person edits at a time

  • You save regularly
